1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and analytical services of The Analytical Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all testing enquiries, quote requests, sample submissions, and analytical services provided by our laboratory facility in Chhatral, Gujarat.
2. Analytical Testing Services
- Scope of Work: Testing services (including HPLC/GC method development, forced degradation, dissolution, ICH stability studies, and routine batch release COA) are performed according to mutually agreed specifications, official pharmacopoeia monographs (IP/BP/USP), or client-validated internal methods.
- Feasibility & Quotations: Turnaround times and financial quotes are confirmed in writing following technical review by an analyst. Turnaround estimates depend on lab loading and sample complexity.
3. Sample Submission Requirements
Clients submitting samples for testing agree to provide:
- Accurate product details, batch numbers, storage instructions, and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
- Adequate sample quantities required for primary analysis, duplicate verification, and potential retesting.
- Reference standards and specialized column/method documentation where applicable.
4. Intellectual Property & Result Ownership
- Client Proprietary Data: All client formulations, internal methods, sample details, and generated analytical data remain the sole intellectual property of the client.
- Certificates of Analysis (COA): Final COAs and analytical reports belong to the client upon full settlement of invoice terms.
5. Confidentiality
All client communications, testing scope, sample formulations, and test results are kept strictly confidential. Formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request prior to sample dispatch.
6. Limitation of Liability
Analytical testing is conducted with standard professional care following documented laboratory SOPs. Laboratory liability is strictly limited to the cost of the specific analytical test performed for the batch in question.
