    How much sample do you need?

    It depends on the test list. We confirm the quantity, along with reference standard requirements, when we scope the work.

    What turnaround can you offer?

    Turnaround is agreed in writing before testing starts, and depends on the test list and current lab loading. We do not quote a time we cannot hold.

    Will you sign an NDA?

    Yes. Send your own agreement or ask for ours, and we will have it in place before samples ship.

    Can you run our existing method?

    Usually. Send the method and we will confirm feasibility against the instruments and standards we hold, and verify it here before routine use.
